By accessing, registering with, or using the Hosppi platform ("the Platform"), you ("the Applicant") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
2. Eligibility Requirements
2.1 Minimum Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You must be eligible to work in your country of residence
2.2 Prohibited Applicants
We reserve the right to refuse registration to applicants who:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Have been convicted of financial crimes or fraud
- Are on sanctions lists or restricted parties lists
- Have previously violated these Terms and Conditions
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You must maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate
- You may not create multiple accounts without authorization
- You may not transfer or sell your account to another party
3.2 Security Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- We reserve the right to disable your account if we suspect unauthorized use
4. Banking and Payment Information
4.1 Accurate Information
- You warrant that all banking and payment information provided is accurate and belongs to you
- You authorize us to verify your banking information through third-party services
- You must immediately update any changes to your banking information
4.2 Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Provide false or fraudulent banking information
- Use bank accounts you are not authorized to use
- Engage in money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Attempt to circumvent our payment security measures
5. Data Privacy and Consent
5.1 Data Collection
You consent to our collection, storage, and processing of your personal data including:
- Identification information (name, address, government IDs)
- Financial information (bank accounts, transaction history)
- Usage data (platform activity, preferences)
- Communication records
5.2 Data Usage
We may use your data to:
- Provide and improve our services
- Verify your identity and eligibility
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Comply with legal obligations
- Communicate platform updates and opportunities
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, including software, design, layout, logos, trademarks, branding, documentation, processes, proprietary algorithms, and methods remain the exclusive property of Hosppi and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain rights to content you submit but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your application materials.
7. Fees and Payments
We may charge fees for premium services or transactions. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur charges. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
9. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or as required by law. You may terminate your account at any time through the platform or by contacting customer support.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Service "As Is"
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or guaranteed success in obtaining opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the fees paid in the past six months, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hosppi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, infringement of third-party rights, or fraudulent activities.
12. Dispute Resolution
We encourage informal resolution by contacting support before pursuing formal proceedings. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, and you waive any right to participate in class actions.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by applicable laws. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the appropriate jurisdiction.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes through platform notifications or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. General Provisions
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in full effect. We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hosppi.
